And, in m...I appreciate your views in this article. And, in many ways it makes sense to me. Yet, when I read articles like this, I immediately take it and try to apply it to the spectrum of human beings that exist on our earth. So, I question..if a person with autism goes to work, or a person with functional retardation goes to work..are they engaging in acts of faith? Does their belief system about work mirror yours and mine ie: work is important, work is a way to make money in order to get nice things? I don't have the answer to this..but it does make me question the concept of faith. I can see the word trust used in my examples. Joe goes to the workshop to stuff envelopes because he trusts his mother's decision and he knows his mother will pick him up at the end of the day.
